Perry Township Police Department
Perry Township Police Department is a part-time department that is manned at various times and days of the week. Our department is dispatched by the Allen County Sheriff Department. The department can produce copies of their police reports on request. There is a $3 fee to produce a copy of the police report. Public Records Requests
Any Public Records Request regarding Police Body Cams and Dashboard Cams may be charged at $75/hour, with a cap of $750 per Ohio House Bill 315. Any such request will have an estimated cost provided within 5 days. If no requested footage is found, there will be no charge.
