Once the form has been submitted, the zoning inspector will review the application. Permits for Residential/Commercial/Industrial Buildings must be completed within 12 months.
Permits for signs, fences, pools and ponds must be completed within 6 months.

Pools must have a Fence around the pool – Fence permit purchased separately

Must have at least five acres for a pond.
