Fee Schedules
Effective January 1, 2021 the following fee schedule will be followed.
BUILDING PERMITS
Rate: 5 cents per square foot with the following minimums:
$50.00 Unattached Garage, Out Buildings, Barns, etc.
$50.00 Home Additions, Attached Garages
New Residences:
R-1 $200.00
R-2 $300.00 plus 5 cents per square foot
R-3 $500.00 plus 5 cents per square foot
$500.00 Commercial or Office plus 5 cents per square foot
$100.00 Commercial or Office Additions plus 5 cents per square foot
$1,000.00 Industrial plus 5 cents per square foot
$200.00 Industrial Additions plus 5 cents per square foot
OTHER FEES
Rezoning or Zoning Amendment $400.00 plus legal fees
Variance and Conditional Uses $400.00 plus legal fees
Swimming Pool – $50.00
Ponds – $50.00
Non Agricultural Fencing – $50.00
Zoning Books $50.00
Signs $100.00 plus $1.00 per square foot
Electronic Signs $200.00 plus $1.00 per square foot
